Your privacy is important to us. This Privacy Policy explains how FoundNow collects, uses, and protects your information when you use our mobile application and related services.

1. Information We Collect

Account Information: Name, email address, and password.
Item Details: Item name, optional photos, and QR code association.
Order Information: Shipping details; payments are processed via Payshap (we do not store full payment credentials).
Device & Usage: Device model, OS, basic analytics.
Camera & Photos: Access only when you capture item photos or scan QR codes.

2. How We Use Information

To register/manage your account and items.
To generate and manage QR codes for your items.
To process orders for physical QR labels.
To notify you when an item is found.
To improve app performance and user experience.

3. Sharing

We do not sell personal data. We may share limited information with service providers (e.g., Payshap and delivery partners), with a finder or school solely to return an item, and with authorities if required by law.

4. Data Security

We use encryption, secure payment gateways, and access controls to protect your data. However, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.

5. Your Choices

Update your account information in-app.
Request account deletion.
Control notifications in device settings.

6. Children’s Privacy

FoundNow is intended for use by parents/guardians. We do not knowingly collect information directly from children under 13; child-related details are provided by the parent/guardian.

7. Changes

We may update this Policy from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes means you accept the revised Policy.
