By downloading, accessing, or using the FoundNow mobile application (“App”), you agree to these Terms of Service.
FoundNow helps parents register and track children’s school items using QR-enabled labels. The app also enables the purchase of physical labels.
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and use ordering features.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account.
Payments for physical QR label stickers are processed via Payshap. Sales of physical goods are final except where defective or required by applicable law.
Your information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
QR labels link to item details you register. FoundNow is not responsible for misuse of QR codes by third parties.
FoundNow is not liable for lost, stolen, or damaged items even if labeled, to the extent permitted by law.
We may update these Terms. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance.
