What is FoundNow?
FoundNow helps parents label and track school items using QR-enabled stickers. When an item is found, the QR can be scanned to notify the owner.

Do I need an account?
You can browse without an account, but registering lets you manage items, receive notifications, and view found-item messages.

How do QR stickers work?
Each sticker has a unique code linked to your item. When someone scans it, they’re guided to contact you via the app without exposing your personal details.

How do I order stickers?
Open the app → Labels → choose a pack → checkout. If you need help with an order, email mokelep4@gmail.com with your order ID.

Refunds/returns for physical stickers
If your stickers arrive damaged or defective, contact us within 14 days for a replacement or refund. Include photos and your order ID.

Which devices are supported?
iPhone running iOS 15 or later. For best results, keep your device updated to the latest iOS version.

Troubleshooting

Account & Data deletion

You can request deletion of your FoundNow account and associated personal data at any time.

  1. Email us from your registered address at mokelep4@gmail.com.
  2. We’ll verify your identity and confirm deletion within 30 days, unless a shorter period is required by law.

Note: Some records (e.g., fraud prevention, financial or tax records) may be retained where required by law.
